Refund policy
Important information:
- Return period of 14 days
- Up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
- There are no replacement costs.
- The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.

Returnable Items: Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- All labels and accessories that came with the product must be intact and included in the return.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Underwear, including bras and panties.
- Cosmetics and skin care products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable in the product description.
- Any product that does not meet the above criteria.

Return process:
Do you need to return a package for any reason? Contact us at info@vibevibrant.com within 7 days to initiate the return process. Items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, undamaged, with tags still attached and in original packaging.
As soon as you have contacted us, our customer service team will provide you with the return address and the relevant instructions. No restocking fees will be charged for returns. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure that your package arrives safely with us, as the customer is responsible for the package until it is received. Please also note that the shipping costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
Refund to the original payment method
- Requirements: The item must be returned and received at our warehouse.
- Processing Time: We will process your refund within 7 business days after inspecting the returned item.
- Return costs: Please note that return costs are the customer's responsibility. These costs may vary due to the location of our warehouse in China. For exact prices, please contact your courier. We recommend sending the package with Track & Trace so we can track the progress of the return and assist you if necessary.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vibevibrant.com. Make sure you contact us before your order is processed so that we can respond to your request.
Returns:
We understand that returning items to our warehouses in China can cause some inconvenience, and we apologize for any difficulties. To streamline the returns process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, we ask that you send all returns to our designated returns address in China.
Return address notification: We will provide you with the specific return address once your return request is approved. You will receive an email confirming your approval.
Tracking for safe returns: To ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently, we kindly request that your return package be sent using a tracking service. This allows us to monitor the progress of your return and ensure it reaches us safely.
Please note: If we haven't received the item at our warehouse, we are not obligated to issue a refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Defective/damaged items
Your package has arrived, but there is a problem? If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at info@vibevibrant.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please include photos, your order number, and a description of the problem. We will endeavor to resolve the problem quickly.
Exchange
